We cannot say enough about the phenomenal service provided to us by Maria and Mohinder of Pura Vida Global Travel. First and foremost, this trip was planned in 2019 to see the Passion Play in Oberammergau, Germany in 2020. Maria and Mohinder were able to find a TAUCK tour named, “Swiss Highlands and Bavarian Alps” that would start in Munich shortly after a choir tour that Neil was participating in. It was a perfect fit for us, and all the arrangements were put in place by Pura Vida Global Travel.
Needless to say, when the world shut down due to Covid -19, all of our plans came to a screeching halt. Maria and Mohinder were very patient and calming in a time of immense turmoil and confusion. It did not take long to discover the Passion Play was postponed to 2022, and subsequently, Neil’s choir tour was cancelled altogether. Our deposits and original reservations were kept in place, and Maria and Mohinder communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us apprised of the current worldwide situations.
As the 2022 trip seemed ever more likely, the dates were confirmed, our flights were arranged by PVGT and before we knew it, Pura Vida Global Travel had us checked in for our Swiss Air departing flight and on our way. Throughout our TAUCK adventure, Maria and Mohinder checked in on our journey and made sure all our needs were being met, and even checked us in for our Lufthansa flight back home. We can only say, WOW! We thank you so much for our trip of a lifetime!
