Hello world travelers!
I’m Anna, and I’m so excited to meet you. I’m a lifelong wanderer and learner whose love for travel started at an early age. My parents had me camping before I could walk, I spent week-long stretches living in a tent on river islands by age three, and by high school I was off on archaeology expeditions where history, travel, and campfire living all came together.

I was born and raised in Russia and eventually moved to beautiful San Diego after college. Along the way, I studied in Russia, Spain, and the USA, which introduced me to a world full of differences, taught me the value of an open mind, and gave me a sense of belonging on this big and wonderful planet.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I spent years on the road as a brand director in the fashion world. I planned complex global travel for trade shows in LA, New York, and Berlin, factory tours in Italy, and even a fashion show in the country of Georgia. Later, as a corporate marketing director, I organized national trade-show travel for sales teams across the U.S.

And throughout all these years, I have loved traveling with my husband, two kids, and our Portuguese Water Donkey (technically a dog, but don’t tell him that:). My son is autistic and has been globe-trotting since he was seven months old. We have crossed oceans with him, explored snowy Russian trains, sat bored on ferries across the seas, slept under the stars and the rain while camping, gone on remote-trail hikes, and eaten adventurously… sometimes. It is because of him, I specialize in inclusive travel; designing trips that truly work for every kind of traveler.

As a family, we’ve explored Ireland’s beaches, Scotland’s lochs and castles, Russian railways, Greek landmarks, Caribbean islands, Hawaiian turtle photo hunts, and more U.S. National Parks than I can count. I’m a proud national park enthusiast, and you can find me hiking among giant sequoias, photographing geysers in Yellowstone, sweating on canyon trails, being scared of sneaky trail bears, screaming while swimming in icy lakes and creeks, and cave crawling with a flashlight.

I also believe cruises are one of the most inclusive ways to travel. They’re a perfect option for families, multigenerational groups, and anyone who loves having endless choices while enjoying time together. There is truly something for everyone on board, and I love helping travelers find the perfect match and amazing itinerary.

Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, I lived 15 years of full-blown SoCal life, and I will forever be a California tourist at heart. If you want hidden gems beyond the standard Google list, I’ve got you covered.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Pura Vida Global Travel team and I can’t wait to help plan your next inclusive adventure. Some of my favorite destinations are: Ireland, Greece, Russia, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Caribbean.
