Steve has been our cruise broker for several years. As relatively new cruisers, his advice in choosing cruise lines and itineraries, trip cancellation insurance, flights and timing of cruises has been invaluable. He consistently provides great service, booking, re-booking when there are price decreases, booking excursions, troubleshooting, etc. Aside from this, Steve is simply a great guy.
